Gretchen Minikel
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining the team at Burkwood Treatment Center, Gretchen spent the last 25 years in the health and human services field as a director for a non-profit agency. She provided residential and in home service to individuals with developmental and mental health disabilities.
Gretchen obtained her Bachelors of Science Degrees in Psychology and Sociology at UW-River Falls.
